Mission Statement
We, as a STEAM community, encourage critical thinking in a Project Based Learning environment to foster individual potential and respect for communities and cultures; providing students with the skills to be successful in the 21st Century.
Common Agreements
We provide a STEAM Education through Project Based Learning.
We collaborate as teams to build and deliver Project Based Learning units. Examples could include, but are not limited to:
- Meet and plan as a team
- Attend committee meetings and communicate back to team
- Attend/lead professional development
We share leadership on teams to execute the Project Based Learning units. Examples could include, but are not limited to:
- Plan field experiences
- Acquire guest speakers
- Research the topic
- Find and share resources
- Plan parent events
- Foster student-driving inquiry
